Responsibilities Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly Protect the Intellectual Property Adhere to all the policies and procedures Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services – Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc. Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management Ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement) Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems Document functional designs, test cases and results Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Evaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client Essential Skills Job Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills Exhibit reactiveness and constructiveness at work such as, suggesting innovative but pragmatic solutions Utilize secondary research sources and techniques Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project. Should have done at least 1 GST implementation. (GST, TDS & TCS). Good Functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, EBRS and H2H Integration). Good knowledge in asset accounting and its integration with PS is required. Experience in interface (IDoc, webservice) is required. (EBRS / Composite APIs / Payment Gateway APIs) Experience in preparation of Functional Specification and should have worked on Customized Reports. Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.
