Responsibilities

  • Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services – Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc. 
  • Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base 
  • Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management

  • Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization 
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)  
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements  
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements  
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs 
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules 
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions 
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems 
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results 
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements  
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects  
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team 
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required 
  • Evaluate and amalgamate  research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client

  • Good knowledge in asset accounting and its integration with PS is required.
  • Experience in interface (IDoc, webservice) is required. (EBRS / Composite APIs / Payment Gateway APIs)
  • Experience in preparation of Functional Specification and should have worked on Customized Reports.
  • Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.
