Job Description

As a Salesforce Systems Manager, you will be the person responsible of the advanced system administration and configuration of Salesforce CRM platform.

What you'll do:

  • You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
  • Resolve end user issues and support users through training and documentation of system processes.
  • Ensure data integrity through process automation and provide tools that allows for team’s to monitor data they are responsible for. 
  • Evaluate, implement and maintain connection points to 3rd party tools to enhance the platform.

  • Knowledge of working with Salesforce Flows and Automation is a must
  • Languages: Advanced English

Responsible for cost effective sourcing of IT Software and Telecommunications suppliers for specific Business Unit and/or Functional Unit needs. Act as the Domain Expert for the categories in scope. Align with Business Unit and/or Functional Unit on specific goals and priorities in Regions. Drive continuous improvement actions in cost, quality, and system performance. Investigate all new developments relative to IT Software and Telecommunications and makes recommendations for cost reduction and improved quality/performance levels. End-User Support Technician: Job Description Background As a member of the End User Support team, the candidate will provide high quality support with very good customer service, technical expertise and timeliness. Pay Rate: $26.20-$31.02 per hour   Position delivers products to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers including convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. (average of 15-20 stops per day). Drives the delivery vehicle to a location, unloads and brings products into the store. Is responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of products on store shelves, displays, vending equipment, and in coolers.
