As a Consultant at IBM, you will be responsible for selling, leading, and implementing expert services to solve challenging business problems for clients. Your role includes building and releasing solutions, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring all integration solutions meet client specifications. With your CRM and Siebel expertise, you will perform full life cycle implementation, update technical documents, and support testing. Excellent communication and design skills are essential for achieving business goals.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM’s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Above 6 years work experience, with more than 4 years of hands-on CRM Consulting or Siebel business analysis and configuration experiences.
- You need to perform full life cycle of Siebel application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and date migration.
- Update technical document BRM (Business Rules Management) perspective adhere to the standards.
- Project implementation experiences for enterprise Siebel accounts.
- Industry knowledge in at least one of the key Industries of CRM, i.e. Consumer Goods, Retail, Automotive, Electronic Manufacturing etc.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills &Design implement and deploy Siebel standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
- Should have performed Unit Testing, System testing and support Integration Testing and UAT(User Acceptance Testing)
