As VP for Volvo Trucks India & Indonesia you will be located in Gothenburg or in India, Bangalore. You will belong to a very engaged and dynamic team. You will report to the SVP of Volvo Trucks International and will manage a flat organization with diverse expertise areas. We hope you love travelling, you will frequently visit your team and partners in India & Indonesia.

The role
As VP for Volvo Trucks India & Indonesia you will execute the business strategy and manage the Volvo Trucks portfolio, product offering and providing high-quality services to our customer base through our private importers.
By designing, and implementing strategies, actions, and tools, you will support an effective and efficient trucks sales and service sales business. You will develop the distribution network, drive investment/divestments, perform assessment of current importers and establish new business alliances with new potential partners.
Your responsibility includes the fulfilment of financial (sales, gross profit, S&A, over-due and inventories) and operational (market share, retail performance, customer satisfaction) KPI’s, in accordance with Volvo Trucks framework, monitoring performance and provide reporting analysis upon request. You will drive the engagement of private importers to improve brand image and customer satisfaction.
Included will be to attract, develop and retain talent and secure and allocate necessary resources to carry out the execution plan. You are a present leader who enables the development of motivating objectives. You follow up the performance systematically, supporting and coaching the ultimate success of the employees and the business.
