As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, deliver, and oversee engaging and effective learning experiences.Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal clients, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions considering instructional design best practices and the stated learning objectives
- Create and update learning materials, including online courses, videos, training modules, and instructional guides, using cutting-edge graphics, narrations, and gamification.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations (both in-person and virtually). Adapt your facilitation style to meet the needs of diverse audiences
- Manage and oversee learning programs (including curriculum development, logistics, and program evaluation).
- Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis and feedback collection. Continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of learning materials, program development, and participant progress through effective project management.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of learning materials and deliverables.
- Leverage and adapt to new emerging learning technology/tools to create innovative learning experiences.
