About the role

We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative leader to Head the Monetization Strategy & Operations. You will be working directly with the General Manager (GM), Monetisation and all BU leaders to define the next 3-5 year vision for monetisation and contribute to the EBITDA growth of Meesho. You will be responsible forIdentifying the key revenue levers, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions, and drivingimplementation in different types of projects

  • Building new monetization models for Meesho
  • Competitive strategy of advertisement platforms across emerging markets
  • Business strategy of Advertisement
  • Identify projects in conjunction with the leaders of the organization
  • Structuring the problem in different parts and creating a strong hypothesis to unlock opportunity areas
  • Mobilize execution resources and see the projects till impact.I
  • Identifying new opportunity areas and revenue models
  • Opportunity sizing of various models
  • Designing and creating pilots and eventually MVPs of new revenue areas
What you'll need
  • 8-12 years of experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles (monetisation, business/ category, growth) will be great
  • 3+ years of experience in leading large business
  • Strong track record in building and growing 0 to 1 business
  • Preferably candidates with MBA degree
  • 2+ years of experience from Top consulting firm is preferred
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Superior problem-solving and project management skills
  • Experience in team building, managing, and coaching will be a plus
