Job Responsibilities:

Our team is looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager for our technology After Sales, with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional, cross-organizational business initiatives. You will work across the team and its customers to align on a short and long-range demand plan. Job Duties:

·       Managing Spare Part Planning of all Category like Mobile/TV/Laptop/Accessories and all Eco Systems.

·       Should have knowledge of Parts Procurement thru Vendor Management and PO Placing

·       MSL planning and distribution to ensure smooth Spare availability

·       Inventory Planning and control with Consumption & Liquidation.

·       Responsible for Pricing of all the Spare Parts for in Warranty and Out of warranty Consumption.

·       Expertise of calculation Lifetime Spares Demand (Last time Buy) in case of early EOL of Products.

·       Responsible for Vendor Management in international and local market is up to date and constantly in touch.

·       Review historical usage trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, analyse forecast output, and evaluate forecast results

·       Dive deep into forecasting planning models to identify risks and opportunities and resolve constraints by negotiating across demand and supply owners

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Deep expertise in Mobile/TV/Ecosystem & Laptop

· Between 7 to 12 years of experience

· Ability to manage Spare needs with complete courses

· Analysing consumption data and addressing the shortage in advance and route cause and making an action plan to reduce it.

· Preferred industries: Handset, consumer Durable, Telecom

 

Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain

Experience - 7 to 12+ years

Skills – Strong MS Excel and PPT skills, Knowledge of SAP

Business Analysts will work on a variety of tasks ranging from requirements gathering/analysis, data profiling, preparing functional and technical documentation, and deployment tasks. This is a business-facing role that works independently and collaboratively with internal and client teams to ensure project success. The BA drives and participates in discovery and design sessions and is involved in all aspects of data management implementations including translation of architecture and design documentation into configured solution components, including data models, mappings, rules, reports, and more. The BA should have practical experience extracting and analyzing large amounts of data using SQL /SAS queries from a data warehouse environment.
