About the Role

As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible to setup Data Quality dashboards in SAP Information Steward and support Data Migration using SAP BODS or other ETL Tools. In this role, you would be working closely with the Data Quality Lead and business stakeholders to understand the data standards, definitions and rules and set up the data quality dashboards. Act of Data Migration Lead in all key master data initiatives

What You Will Do

• Assess the current state of data quality within their scope of responsibility and establish target goals for data quality improvement.
• Responsible for Data Quality Management and Data Transformation - Standardize, govern, and automate critical data elements required to support the transformation.
• Support as a Data Migration Lead for all Master data initiatives and responsible for ETL tasks using SAP BODS or other ETL applications.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting the data migration activities including setting up Data Migration Cockpit, Data reconciliation and support necessary Data cleansing / transformation.
• Understands and supports standards and processes for Data cleansing, Data quality metrics. Identify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.  Identify optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues to achieve targets and implement improvement approaches in and beyond their immediate area.
• Monitor and track ongoing data quality levels, ensuring that adequate quality is maintained so the data can effectively support business processes. 
• Work collaboratively with internal team, IT resources and overall champion or sponsor for the data governance/quality program.  Escalate issues exceeding personal scope to the data quality champion or other business leaders.
• Regularly exposing data quality metrics via standard reporting mechanisms (for example, data quality scorecard or dashboard).
• Actively participate in the design and deployment of applications and data integration processes to ensure standards, controls and consistently high-quality data are implemented.
• Follow prescribed data quality methodologies to execute data quality improvement projects.  Identify and quantify resources for data quality improvement projects. Design and support the development of changes to business processes. Identify and support the resolution of processes and behaviors that impact data quality.
• Publicize successes to further engage individuals at all levels of the organization.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance or IT discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Data Quality Management and expert in SAP BODS/IS.
• Strong Data Migration experience in lead role and SAP S4 Data Migration experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP / SAP S4 business processes understanding.
• Strong Knowledge of Data Quality dimensions and approach to establish the Data Quality metrics / Scorecards.
• Experience with Data Quality rule mining
• Strong skills using MS Excel
• Track record of developing or implementing Enterprise level data strategies and scalable process designs consistent with industry practices.
• Ability to apply influence and relationship management skills to generate productive, and inclusive, team dynamics across a matrixed organization.
• Program/project management using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor and report on concurrent, multiple projects.

What is Nice to Have

• Experience using AI/ML for Data Quality Management
• Experience with budgets and financial analysis
• Process reengineering and process mapping
• Change management experience.
• Basic Knowledge of SAP Master Data, SAP MDG
• Experience with Data Transformation projects in SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA
