Job Description

              

Essential Responsibilities:

Design, development of Wi-Fi stack on ANDROID infotainment platforms.

 

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Experience - 8Yrs to 10Yrs
  • Good C++ and Java Programming skills
  • Android Framework architecture and working Experience with Android Framework.
  • Technology Enthusiast with  overall work in Embedded and Wi-Fi Domain.
  • Very good understanding and hands on experience Automotive development.
  • Good knowledge on Android HAL, Good Knowledge on Android Native platform and native components such as wpa_supplicant and hostapd.
  • Knowledge of open source supplicant and hostapd modules and hands on with these modules.
  • Understanding of  802.11 standards, 802.1X, 802.11i, WPS and WiFi Direct protocols.
  • Basic understanding of various bus technologies like: SDIO, PCI, PCIe, Cardbus is desirable.
  • Experience in analyzing air sniffer logs and resolving issues at the protocol level.
  • Experience in WLAN QOS (WMM), Power-Save mechanisms.
  • Good understanding of WirelessLAN controllers and various Host Controller functionality partitioning mechanisms( Full MAC, Partial MAC etc).
