Job Description:

  • Lead of DPM Prod Support team, which is 365 days support and involves Production systems monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
  • Monitor jobs in Azure Synapse, Databricks Notebooks/ Workflows and Informatica MDM
  • Involve in resolving production systems issues by collaborating with different teams
  • Team members are Required to support on India Night shifts during all Saturday & Sundays.
  • Support required in India holidays.
  • Manage the team roster to ensure coverage as agreed

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Overall 10+years’ experience. Azure Data technologies experience/CICD with Synapse and Databricks Notebooks/ Workflows, along with exposure to Informatica MDM (SaaS version)
  • 1 + years of experience in designing, engineering, and implementing cloud data solutions, collaborating with the business to build enterprise scale data solutions to support machine learning, artificial intelligence and analytics.
  • 1 + years of cloud data development solutions, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Data Orchestration, API Management, microservice frameworks, container orchestration.
  • 2 + years of experience in data engineering, data operations, IT, analytics teams or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Informatica MDM (SaaS version)
  • Experience in supporting a production system is preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to meet the project goals.
