Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Work with business leaders to identify changes to the business model, assess the impact on the IT Ecosystem, build business cases and manage execution of the changes to support the business model transformation. Deep knowledge of B2B process, technology, and tools in your area of focus (Marketing Technologies, Inquiry to Opportunity, Opportunity to Order or Case to Resolution). Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between multiple business units, product owners and engineering teams. Manage/run multiple projects at the same time. Accountable for the delivery of business value /outcomes, with impeccable quality. Responsible for all product/project timelines, and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner as per the defined scope, budget, and quality. Handle project reporting and communication to the executive leadership. Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products. Identify, monitor, and process tasks through discussion with teams including raising red flags, reporting tasks etc. Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it. Translate business strategy into an enabling digital strategy consisting of prioritized themes, initiatives, and capabilities / epics. Create and maintain core product artifacts including KPI’s, product roadmaps, user personas, journey maps, TCO models and product backlogs. Create and manage user groups, plan, and conduct focus groups to help engage the user community to define new features or conduct UAT. Collaborate with other UX/UI, Developers, QA, and PMs to define and align scaled agile execution to ensure ecosystem integrity (Web, Marketing Technologies, CRM etc.). Support Agile delivery teams to further define, identify dependencies so they can estimate and create delivery roadmaps aligned to business demand. Create business focused change management, training, and rollout plans. Create and implementing best practices policies, standards, and frameworks. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) 5 + years of consulting experience in managing large scale commercial transformational programs. 3 + years of experience in driving one or more projects like Salesforce Lightning migration or CPQ Subscription transformation or Global website rebuild. Prior program management experience in Commercial IT space is a plus. Experience building and managing Digital websites (CMS systems), Marketing tools and technologies, Adobe/Google analytics, UX/UI assets, SEO, Marketo, etc. is a plus. Prior experience in Salesforce or Drupal CMS or Oracle subscription is a plus.
