Role Name: Service Excellence - Service Manager – Reporting Specialist
Desired Experience Range: 5 Years to 8 Years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Must-Have:
• 5+ years relevant technology domain experience, Reporting Manager type role.
• Highly experienced in Management Reporting design & build.
• Able to demonstrate Service Level Management expertise.
• Expert level understanding and experience of end-to-end ITIL lifecycle.
• Able to demonstrate automation expertise, skilled in use of O365 Power Platform, PowerBI.
• Hands on experience in creating Service Excellence reporting portfolios.
• Experience in providing leadership and driving pro-active and re-active mobilisation of resources in a matrix environment.
• Inspire trust, manage expectations, and gain sponsorship with business, technology, and senior leadership teams.
• Passionate about improving service to internal and external customers.
• Able to maintain calm during high-pressure situations.
• Drive pro-active action and thinking.

• Able to grasp complex technical concepts and language.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ownership of Service Excellence reporting portfolio.
• Creation and delivery of all reporting in scope.
• Management and maintenance of master data sets.
• Driving the automation strategy by moving reporting from excel to power bi.
• Producing project plans and hosting project update meetings to update stakeholders.
• Building on existing and new reporting to constantly innovate and maximise value.
• Work with various stakeholders to add value through reporting, capturing detailed requirements and turning the stakeholders vision into world class management information by identifying and co mbining datasets from multiple tools/platforms/applications into consolidated, expert management information that provides actionable intelligence to our leadership teams.
• The reporting portfolio is ever changing, you need to analyse new reporting requirements and build solutions to achieve the business outcomes.
• You will report across multiple technolody domains and practices, resource efficiency, process efficiency, SLA/KPI, Incident Mgmt, Change & Release Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Capacity Management, Availability Mgmt, Continuous Improvement, Cloud Controls, Tech Risk Mgmt, Security Mgmt, Asset & Lifecycle Mgmt, Operational Resiliency, Agile, DevSecOps etc.
• You will bring an energy and enthusiasm to bring performance in these areas to life with your reporting, bringing innovation, creativity and dedication to your work.
• Day to day you will deliver on existing reporting needs and work on building up new reports as per your agreed reporting projects and portfolio.
