Summary:
The Senior Reporting analyst creates Service Level Management reports and data visualization solutions to improve IT business processes. This job involves tasks such as creating dashboard reports, working with multiple teams, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations.
Responsibilities:
· Collection and documentation of business requirements to build the reports in PowerBI/ ServiceNow according to the requirement.
· Identification of process optimization opportunities, using BI and automation/workflow tools
· Provide inputs for the data architecture to new data sources that can add value to the analysis being developed to better support the business and the delivery organization
· Create business reports that provide insights into key data points.
· Creation and enhancement of reports as required in ServiceNow.
· Monitor and maintain reports/dashboard established to ensure data accuracy and optimum performance
· Training and mentoring related to PowerBi use
· Conduct data tend analysis and work with various stakeholders to drive continual service improvement
· Closely work with the Service Management team to enforce process and data compliance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
· 4-6 years’ experience querying relational database (MySQL, SQL Server)
· 4-6 years’ experience in BI and reporting tools (PowerBi /SQL reporting services)
· Experience in the 365 platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel)
· Desirable knowledge in data warehouses and data lakes.
· ITIL knowledge.
· Clear and effective communication required.
