1Complete ownership of managing Regional Admin activities/operation & Admin Team
2Defining Scope and KRA’s of Team members
3Communicate and co-ordinate with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals
4

Direct reporting to Zonal Admin Head – TCSiON on day to day activities, incident management etc.

5Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses
6Managing calls and discussions
7End to end Exam day and non exam day administrative activities management and Team coordination
8Ensuring zero incident on Exam day related to Admin Services
9Help in Recruitment, Training and talent development of Team Members
10Define and deploy control and Monitoring mechanism Admin Team within Region
