Summary:

Be part of a dynamic and Agile team that designs, develops, and integrates complex software functions/Tools to support Aero Product development. Leverages experience and innovative thinking to provide value added features to our customers by adapting new technology framework and Tool modernization.

 Requirements:

·       Strong knowledge and experience on Software Architecture and Coding, Verification.

·       Good experience in programming - C, C++, C#, .NET framework, VS IDE/Eclipse environment.

·       Strong Knowledge in object-oriented concepts and scripting languages like Perl, Python, SSL etc.

·       Good knowledge in Aero Simulation & tools, Instruction Set Simulators, Strong RTOS concepts.

·       Good understanding of Aero - Datalink, Displays, FMS domain. Knowledge of EPIC, Anthem architecture would be an added advantage.

·       Experience in writing a clean, logical, high-quality code and tests.

·       Knowledge of various software development lifecycle.

·       Good Knowledge of Algorithm development and data structures 

·       Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.

·       Self-motivated individual who wants to build a career in Aerospace Tool Development 

·       Strong motivation to excel and adopt new technology and develop strategies around that.

·       Experience working on agile projects and executing a project from start to finish

·       Experience working on DevOps environment.

·       Ability to think independently, logically, and intuitively with focus on results, sense of urgency and working boundary less. 

·       Excellent problem solving and communication skills

 Roles and responsibilities: 

·       Exhibit complete technical accountability of the tool and be the front face for the Aerospace customers/users.

·       Shall be able to work in global team environment, taking the requirements from customers\partners\product teams and work with min dependency to complete the defined\scheduled tasks with defined quality and process. 

·       Drive Simulation Tool Roadmaps including Tool Modernization, Technology Insertion, Simulation as Service and other Proof of Concepts (POC).

·       Drive strategic initiatives for the project and bring in productive improvement by understanding the customer pain points in a short span of time.

·       Self-Learner and should adapt well to project dynamics and be flexible enough 

·       Ability to understand the product requirements and the appreciation of usage scenarios. 

·       Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness

·       Participate in design discussions, providing design options, solutions to the issues 

·       Responsible for tool's growth with continuous innovation 

·       Identify and Mentor the next level engineers and nurture technical pipeline.

·       Proactively raise any Issues, risks along with possible solutions/mitigation plan that may impact the team's/user’s ability to meet project timelines.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: C, C++, C#, .NET, OpenGL, Scripting language, Data structures, Algorithm development, Multi-Threading, Debugging etc
