We are looking for a highly experienced engineer with at least 4-7 years of experience in HVAC controls or BMS. You will be responsible for executing projects independently, including control system hardware, software, detail design, graphics, and onsite commissioning. Your role also includes reviewing inputs to ensure scope clarity, mapping customer expectations to actual deliverables, and building rapport with the team for smooth project execution. Quality and adherence to specifications are crucial, and you should be able to work on multiple product platforms and handle multitasking effectively. You will also be expected to identify improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drive them for project execution. Additionally, you will contribute up to 1850 billable hours per annum to projects and ensure end-to-end project closeout. As the interface between GES and end customers/dealers, your focus will be on exceeding customer satisfaction and promoting remote engineering. Reporting alignment will be with the engineering supervisor.

Experience: 4-7 years in one/more of the following industries: HVAC controls, BMS.

Execute projects independently - Control System Hardware/ Software /Detail Design/Graphics /Onsite Commissioning
Review inputs ensure Scope clarity and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
Will groom other Engrs on specific tasks.

Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
Ability to work on multiple product platforms and do multi-tasking.
Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards and drives them to be a part of the project execution
Contributes/delivers up to 1850Hrs per annum of billable hours to projects
Ensure end to end project close out.
Is the face of GES while working with end customers/dealers, ensures customer satisfaction exceeds the expectations, encourages GES remote engg.
Reporting Alignment with Engg Supervisor
