Key Responsibilities
1. Lead in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including performance and security compliance, product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely delivery
3. Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and dependencies
4. Fully own delivery, planning, and execution excellence of PLM GDM and SBG convergence on the chosen platform/standard tool
5. Ensure compliance with change management policies, procedures, and standards
6. Develop and maintain release-related documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and post-release activities
7. Applying knowledge of PLM best-practices in successfully steering projects
8. Identify and manage risks, issues, and impediments that may impact the delivery of the release
9. Monitor release progress, track metrics, and report status to stakeholders
10. Continuously improve the release process, including identifying areas for automation and optimization
11. Collaborate with other Programs, ARTs and Release Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization
12. Manage Master Programs with multiple PMs ensuring Vendors are coordinated and contracts are managed
13. Lead Scrum-of-Scrum call at the Program level, ensuing all incidents are managed quickly
14. Building migration plans with Business Partners and coordinating with Technology teams to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or master’s in business administration
2. 8 + years of over all experience in IT solution Implementation
3. SAFe Agile certification (SAFe 5.0 RTE or equivalent), PMP, Prince 2, ITIL or equivalent certifications preferred
4. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
5. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
6. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and release management tools
7. Well versed with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and deployment
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
9. Experience in MPP or other planning tools
10. Proficient in planning dependencies and coordinating delivery of multiple programs
11. Proficient at financial forecasting, vendor management and resource deployment across multiple programs
