Qualification / Experience / Skill
• 10 to 12 years of development skill and experience
• Commanding technical knowledge and experience
• Should have good experience in conversational AI space.
• Good experience in architecting and solutioning based on product capabilities.
• Ability to provide solutions based on customer use cases.
• Good understanding of Contact Center Domain knowledge and CCaaS
• Technology savvy, experience of industry leading transformational technology like AI, RPA, Voice bots, Chat bots, etc.
• Experience in coding & scripting skill
• Write effective APIs as part of integrations.
• Adaptability – willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously upskilling and learning new technologies.
• Understanding of conversation AI technology’s application in contact center environment, benefits, challenges in delivery, etc.
• Working Knowledge on Java/JavaScript, Springboot, J2EE, REST, REST API development
• Working knowledge on Apache, Tomcat, AWS cloud, Azure, MySQL
• Working knowledge on IVR tools and call flow design expertise
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder’s priorities, issues and solve conflicts.

Role and Responsibilities
• Design and setup of product demos and services with custom tuning as needed.
• Assist Sales Engineering Operations Leaders on functional Process Framework development, Execution of initiatives, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive and implement demo POCs, improvement initiatives,
• Analyze the requirements and scope for demo setup for products to customers.
• Provide end to end solution of product demo setup and integration with other tools.
• Review the technical scope requirements and solution.
• Establish maturity index and action plan for project teams and monitor delivery with delivery and support functions.
• Manage projects & initiatives in Sales Engineering unit which include projects/activities like Governance (both tactical and long term), reporting requirements at MIS, issues/lever analysis, etc.
• Own day to day tactical activities, functional assignments/projects in a cross functional environment
• Work closely with product management, platform team, Data Science team to design and implement product demo and configurations.
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
• Attend Daily standup calls.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure tenants for the demo pods.
• Work with Sales Engineering Team, Solution Architect, and Services teams to design and implement software solutions.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software/application meant for demo.
• Availability via email, MS teams chat and/or on the phone.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
