Job description 

Role Overview:

As a core member of the Mist WAN Assurance product, the engineer would be responsible for designing/developing microservices based workflow automation for SDWAN solution and solving problems of scale, distribution, and concurrency. The engineer will also be designing, developing cloud services platform software while working closely with a team of strong and seasoned engineers.

Required skills:

  • BS/MS in computer science / related discipline along with 1 or more years of experience working with cloud platform/services.
  • Proficiency with CSS/HTML/Java script/ReactJS & Python/Go languages with experience on both User interface and backend systems.
  • Strong SaaS/PaaS software development and deployment background.
  • Experience in Agile development with CI/CD based software development.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to debug complex systems.
  • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Excellent team player with very good oral and written communication skills.

 

Desirable qualifications / optional skills:

  • Working knowledge of YANG/Netconf & Networking – L2 and L3 protocols.
  • Experience on one or more SDN domain areas (Control, Data, Config, Deployment, Automation).
  • Exposure to Enterprise Network and Cloud architectures, technology, and implementations.
