We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage our FOS channel sales partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive paid supplier acquisition and maximize sales numbers. You will be in charge of hiring, training, and managing a team of on-ground sales executives. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring sales KPIs, ensuring timely partner payouts, and driving performance through incentives and sales promotion. Position Description

The position holder shall be responsible for Managing FOS channel sales partners to help drive paid supplier acquisition and then maintaining regular partnership to ensure desire productivity to maximize sales numbers.

 

Experience Range:

3 - 8 years

Any graduation,

 

Job Summary:

 1. Managing channel partners for sales of paid subscription packages via on ground sales executives
 2. Ensuring team hiring, training, management and retention.
 3. Conducting daily meetings to ensure appropriate qualitative and quantitative inputs. 
 4. Responsible for ensuring sales funnel, conversion and improving sales productivity. 
 5. Close tracking and monitoring on input KPIs (such as Data and Hot Leads) to help improve   productivity 
 6.Timely partner payout after due diligence.
 7. Drive performance through incentive structure and sales promotion.
 8.Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly target achievement as per SOP. 
 9.Timely reporting in prescribe formats.

Candidate Attributes:

 

Knowledge & Skills: 

 1. Hands on experience in leading large team in Sales Acquisition Processes
 2.Build Rapport with team via consultative sales approach
 3.Strong listening, questioning and networking skills.
 4.Report management / analysis / alignment skills.



 Experience:
 
3+ years of Channel Sales experience. 
Minimum 1 year experience, managing a team of 10+ people
