Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

1. MBA from reputed institution 
2. Background or experience in AI and ML

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
  - This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• MBA (preferred) Experience in AI products/solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

1. E2E development of AI based features and capabilities including user scenario ideation, MLP scoping, program and project management across multiple teams including research,  design, platform, solution, and UX, monitoring and managing customer feedback escalations and overall progress 
2. Formulating strategy and framing for AI and ML for security products and deep research to understand how AI can drive transformational impact. 
3. Contributing to investment planning for the team,  managing stakeholders across multiple disciplines and aligning on shared outcomes and priorities
4. Learning, formulating and implementing best practices in AI development.
