JOB DESCRIPTION 

Minimum qualifications:

• 10 years of experience working with web technologies, back-end systems, and coding in Java or Python.
   

Experience in data integration and data modeling.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building large scale data integrations.
   
• Knowledge of machine learning infrastructure and algorithms.
   

About the job

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver a generalized canonical data model platform that allows aggregation of domain specific data into canonical domain data models.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that the data model is aligned with the business needs and that it is implemented in a way that is efficient and scalable. 
• Drive analytics and machine learning for specific domains.
• Manage the data model platform lifecycle (e.g., documentation, testing, and maintenance).
