    • Technical Experience : Experience with ServiceNow, Mobile Device Management MS Intune and Mobile Application Management , Comfort presenting information to senior Stakeholders, 1: Strong Excel Advanced and PowerPoint Intermediate skills 2: Knowledge of Agile SCRUM principals Epics or Features and User Stories 3: Knowledge in inventory management, data management data architect skills and hardware testing procedures
