Skill: Application Support Engineer

Role: T3

 

  1. 4 to 7 years experienced resource, Knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages - Java/Python (preferable Python), plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed.,
  2. Exp using monitoring tools, unix and similar tools used in App Support
  3. Knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  5. Experience with AWS cloud architecture and Data Dog is preferrable.
  6. Well understanding of Incident, change and problem management
