About the Team: The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team partners with Business Partners and other IT groups to define, run, test, validate and deliver the strategic direction and operational performance of Enterprise Applications and Systems for Thermo Fisher Scientific. Our enterprise applications handle business-critical activities like order taking and fulfillment, manufacturing, leading new product development and launch, sales and customer management, data and document management, and business insights.

As a System Analyst II, you will provide overall Adobe Acrobat Sign technical support for the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical applications support
  • Develop custom integrations, API’s, Workflows, Technical documentations for Adobe Acrobat Sign.
  • Work on Defect fixes/new feature development, problem tickets, tasks etc.
  • Work on release and change request activities.
  • Infrastructure maintenance of both production and non- production Adobe Acrobat Sign environments
  • Promotes standard processes and proactively takes measures to empower support teams to resolve issues with agility.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Must have at least 7+ years of Experience with Adobe Sign Application APIs and OOTB integrations with various platforms (CRMs, document management systems, Power Automate etc.)
  • Experience with configuring SSO for an enterprise application
  • Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON data formats preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience working with external support teams to open and resolve tickets for an enterprise application
  • Ability to read and apply detailed application documentation to everyday troubleshooting, best practices
  • Project coordination experience and asset
  • Experience working in UNIX, Windows platform, monitoring log files and Troubleshooting
  • Expertise working with Templates, Workflows, API’s and reporting in Adobe Sign.
  • Hands on experience with ticketing & change management tools
  • Ability to work with business end users to understand and resolve the issues within the SLA
  • Knowledge in working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is a must
  • Good documentation skills set and willingness to train the team
  • Ability to coordinate change management activities across different Technical, Group IT and Business teams

  • ITIL Tools like sNOW for Incident & Change management
