Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical applications support
- Develop custom integrations, API’s, Workflows, Technical documentations for Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Work on Defect fixes/new feature development, problem tickets, tasks etc.
- Work on release and change request activities.
- Infrastructure maintenance of both production and non- production Adobe Acrobat Sign environments
- Promotes standard processes and proactively takes measures to empower support teams to resolve issues with agility.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Must have at least 7+ years of Experience with Adobe Sign Application APIs and OOTB integrations with various platforms (CRMs, document management systems, Power Automate etc.)
- Experience with configuring SSO for an enterprise application
- Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON data formats preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience working with external support teams to open and resolve tickets for an enterprise application
- Ability to read and apply detailed application documentation to everyday troubleshooting, best practices
- Project coordination experience and asset
- Experience working in UNIX, Windows platform, monitoring log files and Troubleshooting
- Expertise working with Templates, Workflows, API’s and reporting in Adobe Sign.
- Hands on experience with ticketing & change management tools
- Ability to work with business end users to understand and resolve the issues within the SLA
- Knowledge in working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is a must
- Good documentation skills set and willingness to train the team
- Ability to coordinate change management activities across different Technical, Group IT and Business teams
