Our Values: Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | Diversity JOB POSITION Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications. The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Create Process flow diagrams, modelling diagrams, activity and sequence diagrams, Workflows Perform Backlog Prioritization with PO/Stakeholders Perform impact analysis for future integration for existing code and write stories accordingly (if any existing functionality/feature is getting impacted due to new changes) Perform Gap Analysis and determine the level to efforts required to close the gap Hands On knowledge of JIRA and JIRA queries Highly detailed story writing skills before refinement meetings Drive recurring refinement sessions for every sprint with their teams Review story(s) and Acceptance Criteria with TL/Dev/QA Obtain story points from team on different stories/enablers/spikes Create additional stories on the fly as per need Find and link dependencies on individual stories for tracking purpose and follow up for dependencies based on need Assist QA Team in creating Test Plans, Test Cases Assist PO, SMs during PI Planning and creating Product Roadmaps Coordinate between teams Help to resolve inter-team dependencies to work on multi- domain requirements by having discussions with cross domain teams Attend/Participate all implementation meetings/technical discussions or working sessions, to act as point of contact for any business questions come up on the fly. Work with different stakeholders to setup sprint and PI goals for the team. Take ownership of delivery of features and work with POs, Delivery Managers and Teams to setup delivery milestones. Mentor Other Team members on Business and Domain knowledge Mentor Other Business Analysts on Product Management, Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management QUALIFICATION B. Tech /B.E. /MCA EXPERIENCE 5-8 years of experience of business system analyst role. Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 5-8 years of experience of business system analyst role. Hands on technical experience in requirements elicitation process. Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering, drafting, and managing change requests/requirements document using Anthem’s standardized process. Strong working experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications. Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
