What You'll Bring:

• Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to analyze requirements to deliver solutions to complex issues
• Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality and performance of applications
• Evaluate and implement application development and quality frameworks to enable fast application delivery
• Train, coach and support the Decision product suite across the pilot K2 team

Impact You'll Make:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a strong technical IT environment
• 10-12 years of Application Development/Quality Engineering experience with Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Strong technical background in software product development; good working knowledge of technology up and down the Dot Net stack with a distinguished track record on implementing technically demanding projects
• Proficient in {{C# , ASP.Net}}, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
• Experience with Database Development (Advanced SQL) and SQL Service Integration Services
• Proficiency with Linux, including strong shell scripting skills
• Proven experience working in and maturing Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience and ability to manage technical staff of 2-3 member teams
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required
