Good to have knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. We are looking for dedicated and self-motivated candidates who are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

 

  • The candidate must be open to work in 24*7 shifts.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
  • Experience in Production Application Support on Microsoft technology stack
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly provide solutions to issues encountered in
  • Production and Pre-Production environments.
  • Basic knowledge of MSSQL (2k8 or higher)
  • Experience of supporting web applications on MS Windows (2k12, 2k16) environments and knowledge of Windows Services.
  • Working knowledge on IIS or Weblogic (any one or all of them) on windows platform.
  • Application / Product Monitoring (Basics)
  • Basic Knowledge on common monitoring tool
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage, AD & Networking Concepts.
  • Good to have knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
