Due to growth, we are on the lookout for a Digital Executive to join the dentsu QLD team.

 

We are an integrated team that combines deep specialism in Customer Experience Management (CXM), data, technology, and creative with our media expertise offer clients end-to-end solutions. Working as one team, we believe these critical and unique skill sets positively agitate our thinking to deliver more meaningful outcomes for the brands we work with.

 

What your typical day will look like:

 

The Digital Executive supports the Digital Manager for the Tourism and Events QLD Brand Team.

This role will have a strong implementational and activation lean towards digital media.

 

The focus of this role is to support the Client Manager’s workflow and ensure the quality and accuracy of implementation of digital media is at its best.

 

You can activate digital media campaigns (content partnerships, Google/Bing and Social campaigns) which are focused on getting people to holiday in Queensland.

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • You will have a thorough understanding of the media landscape (offline and online) and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation, including media buying.
  • This will include offline knowledge (preferred by not required) and strong digital experience. With platforms-focused activation lean across Google and Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) where you will be implementing the digital media campaigns across Search and Social to holiday in Queensland.
  • You will support across reporting, checking bookings, and preparing reports, including post-analysis, final buys and other reporting requirements.   ​
  • You will stay up-to-date with the media landscape and knowledge by keeping a curious mind. ​

 

A bit about you:

  • A passion for Queensland and fiercely proud of this wonderful state.
  • Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal.​
  • You can effectively support with building presentations to support the Client and Digital Manager, including the story and inputting details in a client-friendly manner. ​
  • You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge, and can engage and adhere to dentsu QLD’s Media Partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client​
  • You can build meaningful connections with clients and team members. ​
  • You have a solid understanding and a point of view of the media landscape, as well as being curious and continuing to learn.
  • You will have a strong implementational and executional background in digital media (a generalist's view)
  • You have proven track record in terms of digital media activation across Social (Google, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok) as well as Google Search. 
  • You ensure that all media bookings are being processed accurately and in a timely manner​.
  • You will support and build the dentsu QLD profile in the market contributing to industry initiatives and attending industry events.
