We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can work seamlessly with both offshore and onshore teams. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues, analyzing daily tasks, and providing long term fixes. You must have a minimum of 4 years experience in Windows Operations, Web logic, Apache Tomcat, Java Servlet, UNIX, SQL, and various tools such as Remedy, Jira, Urban Code, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system, Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana. Knowledge of telecom sales, retail application (Amdocs RIM), technical deployment, and administration & customization support is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Work seamlessly with offshore/onshore teams there by working on proactive/reactive issues in the systems.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Day to day/ad-hoc activities.
  • Analyze day to day issues, there by suggesting long term fixes.
  • Daily tasks in a consistent, systematic and time boxed manner.
  • Handling day to day assigned tasks.
  • Responsible for ticket resolution and cooperation with internal users and next level teams.

 

Must Have:

  • Windows Operations; Web logic + Apache Tomcat; Java Servlet.
  • UNIX, SQL 
  • Remedy, Jira, Urban Code, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system; Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) stack.
  • More than 4 years of experience in above areas.
  • Good to have
  • Telecom sales/retail application (Amdocs RIM) 
  • Knowledge of Technical Deployment
  • Knowledge of Administration & Customization Support
