Job Role

Responsibilities:

  • Should work seamlessly with offshore/onshore teams there by working on proactive/reactive issues in the systems.
  • Will be involved in Stakeholder Management.
  • Will be carrying out Troubleshooting.
  • Will provide support on day to day/ad-hoc activities.
  • Will analyse day to day issues, there by suggesting long term fixes.
  • Will report on his/her jobs or daily tasks in a consistent, systematic and time boxed manner.
  • Will be handling day to day assigned tasks.
  • Will be responsible for ticket resolution and cooperation with internal users and next level teams

Must Have :

  • Telecom sales/retail application (Amdocs RIM)    
  • Unix,SQL  
  • Windows Operations; Web logic + Apache Tomcat; Java Servlet
  • Remedy, Jira, UrbanCode, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system; Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) stack
  • More than 4 years of experience in above areas.

  • ITIL Process knowledge
  • Exposure to Incident Management
  • Problem Management skill
  • Exposure to Change Review
  • Knowledge of Technical Deployment
  • Knowledge of Administration & Customization Support
