Seeking a highly skilled professional to seamlessly work with offshore/onshore teams in resolving proactive/reactive issues. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, troubleshooting, support on day to day activities, and suggesting long term fixes. Must have experience in telecom sales/retail application, Unix, SQL, Windows Operations, Web logic, Apache Tomcat, and Java Servlet. Good to have knowledge of ITIL processes, incident and problem management, change review, technical deployment, and administration & customization support.
