The goal of a Syndigo Support Engineer is to provide efficient and effective first-line technical support to our internal users. A successful Syndigo Support Engineer will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the Tier 2 support team when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setting up user accounts and permissions.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and common issues in the knowledge base.

  • Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common productivity applications.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) would be a plus.
