Who are we looking for?
Looking for a QA SDET having 4 + years of experience to perform as a Mobile Device Testing for one of the Telecom Account. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in performing a QA SEDT Role and having exposure on in Agile SDLC, closely working with the Mobile App dev team and client.
Technical Skills:
Should have exposure on testing Android Native Mobile Apps
Testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
Working with a variety of databases and coding programs such as SQL, HTML, XML and JSON feeds.
Supporting operating systems specifically Android. Producing clear and concise test reports and releasing notes to co-workers when needed.
Experience in REST API testing using the relevant tools.
Experience in white box testing
Experience in Java testing
Experience building regression, functional test suites.
Experience with building stubs
Process Skills:
Knowledge of agile delivery model, process, and Agile/Scrum Methodologies
Knowledge of test standards, methods, and procedures
Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.
Basic knowledge of application flows
Should have hands on experience in Agile Methodology
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills :
Take ownership of the Mobile Application and provide the support as and when needed.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
If needed ready to work in 2PM to 11PM (IST) shift timings.
Having exposure on Telecom Mobility Domain.
Good communication skills
Participates as a team member.
Take ownership of the Mobile Application and provide the support as and when needed.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
