Ensure development of quality IDP’s and roll out of the training calendar, induction and On Job Training.

Motivate facilitation, ensure quality and timeliness
HR Operations
Monitoring Leave Planning, attendance, joining & exit formalities Employee discipline
Office Admin:
Health and Safety, legal compliances, working conditions
