Job Description:
Anaplan DevOps SME is mainly focused on supporting transformation of Anaplan applications (modelling and programming), working on change requests for Anaplan models, analysis of new business processes/requirements and inefficiency in existing ones as well as alignment with Global process owners and Global Governance teams. This position will cover Sales/Marketing/ Finance/ Supply business areas including cross-functional business processes like Game Planning, Customer profitability, Revenue management, Overheads planning.
Anaplan DevOps SME work on enhancing and improving planning solutions for 95 markets globally or create new planning solutions.
Service Operation and Development
1) Manage the incoming application related requests (Change request, how-to question).
2) Translate business requirements to technical language and model/programming them in Anaplan applications (main task of the position) using formula, pivot tables, big massive of data, building reports, workflow, uploading/extract functionality and etc.
3) Communicate with end users in case of more detail need for a change;
4) User rights maintenance including internal Anaplan models maintenance related to licenses compliance, reporting, access revocation and etc.
5) Audit of the models – meetings with key business users aimed to analyze existent business processes inefficiency, models optimization and improvements according to latest Anaplan platform capabilities, and then build& execute the plan for improvement
6) Creation of Business requirements definition document and it’s sign-off with business
7) Working closely with Solution architect and project teams for alignment of model architecture, master data management and workflow
8) Alignment of the model changes with Global process owners and Global Governance teams
9) Creation of User Acceptance Test plan for own developments;
10) Creation of documentation and instructions for business users of business model logic;
11) Enhancements of the model based on the feedback and warranty period, bugs fixing and maintenance.
12) Ensure the population of knowledge base for bug workarounds, regional support expertise as well as platform best practices.
13) Ensure the interfaces registry for the BAU models is kept up to date in a well-documented manner.
14) Maintain, produce (where needed) and demand (from the projects) a single technical description document.
15) Address the issues for the related software infrastructure whether it is ticketing system (SNOW bugs), Platform (Anaplan bugs), Server (Anaplan interfaces issues), etc.
16) Submit and test ServiceNow Requests for the selected region for models in BAU and help projects to prepare the requirements such requests before transitions to BAU.
17) Support Service Delivery Manager with preparation of Markets Service review meetings (analysis of all issues/tickets on a monthly basis)
