Job Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams, in the development of new products and follow-ups;
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional, multicultural team members and external resources to create and execute project plans based on established New Product Development processes
• Drive accountability and progress toward achievement of project objective and targets (commercial and technical)
• Manage the workflow process starting with project origination through commercialization (delivery and sales)
• Establish, monitor, communicate, update and maintain project schedules and revise timelines, critical path, and work plans
• Manage and report on performance to targets
• Lead development of contingency plans to minimize project risk
• Proactively manage project scope ensuring appropriate alignment and approval of any changes from the stakeholders
• Client retention and key account management - "farming" focus, retain and grow current or existing accounts in line with the growth plans for the business
• Verify incoming RFQ's (Request for Quote) for completeness and plausibility New BD within the account
• Own the accurate forecasting of orders, track the Attainment and Accuracy, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s)
• Play a role in optimizing pricing and margin management with the support of the revenue team in order to increase overall profitability
• Coordinate Quarter Business and New Product Business Reviews with customer
• Customer satisfaction and managing satisfaction survey

The Successful Applicant

• B Tech mandatory. MBA preferred
• Project Management certification is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management with overall experience of 10-14 years
• Great presentation skills to international customers
• Project team management skills
• Manufacturing industry background is preferred with experience in new product development
• Collaborate & work well with cross functional teams to deliver results that exceed customer expectations and requirements
