Position Overview
We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine, adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)
- Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
- Support Customer enquiries, order services, order changes, deductions and other requirements of customers
- Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
- Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
- Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
- Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
- Work from Office
Skills and Experience
Should have excellent communications skills and need to know MS office, good computer skills
Desirable: Analytical skills, AR/AP, Order management, experience in Chat and Customer services through emails, excelent in Excel, knowledge of SAP

Bachelors Degree
