We are looking for a candidate with minimum 7 years of work experience. You should be certified in Lean Six Sigma and have excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology. You must have implemented six sigma projects and conducted lean six sigma trainings. In addition, you should be able to mentor projects on metrics improvement with strong statistical hypothesis testing. Knowledge in QMS, ISMS, EOHS, TL, ITSM, Six Sigma, and Lean practices is required. The role requires the ability to develop and document process flow, data flow diagrams, identify risks and controls in processes, and perform data analysis. You should have strong analytical skills to study operational performance and be able to conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 why/fish bone etc. Knowledge and experience in RPA automation life cycle management is a must. Other skills required include conducting quality related audits, facilitating continuous process improvement projects, and supporting QMS implementation for projects. Good communication and collaboration skills are required to engage with different levels of stakeholders. Certifications in ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001/18001, and CMMI are a plus. Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab and Power BI is also a plus.

Job Description

Work Experience: Minimum 7 Years

Should have:

  • Been certified as Lean six sigma with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
  • Implemented six sigma projects and conducted lean six sigma trainings.
  • Mentored Projects on Metrics Improvement with strong statistical hypothesis testing
  • Identified and implemented RPA (Robotic Process Automation) project (at least 2 projects)
  • Knowledge in QMS, ISMS, EOHS, TL, ITSM, Six Sigma, Lean practices

Must have skills:

  • Develop and document process flow, data flow diagrams
  • Identify Risks and Controls in processes.
  • Data analysis
  • Ability to look at end-to-end process and identify gaps in processes
  • Strong analytical skills to study operational performance
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Use of tools like 5 why/fish bone etc.,
  • Use of six sigma tools:  FMEA/QFD/Regression/Hypothesis Testing/Process capability (Z as well as Cpk/Ppk)/Control Charts etc.,      
  • Use of Lean tools: Kaizens/VSMs/Poke Yoke/5S/Kanban/PDCA/JIT/JIDOKA/Takt time analysis etc.
  • Must have RPA automation life cycle management experience
  • Conducting quality related audits like Process compliance checks, Release Audits, Internal Quality audits.
  • Facilitate and coordinate External Certification audits/ Customer audit.
  • Supporting QMS implementation for projects, establish Quality criteria's.
  • Conduct Process Trainings (QMS, ISMS, EOHS)
  • Facilitate continuous process improvement projects.
  • Support RFI response on Quality related questions.
  • Implement New Certification Standards based on Business Needs

Other skills:

  • Ability to engage with all levels from Junior executives to Department Heads from enabling functions such as Procurement, Finance, IT and Delivery Operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good to have
