Scope:

• Ability to visualize solution and translate customer or PMG business requirements into functional design solution.
• Ability to work with more than one scrum team to accomplish delivery targets with respect to feature completeness and quality aspects.
• Ability to make tactical decisions about product direction and be able to contribute to strategic decisions.
• Ability to work with members from other departments like customer support and sales.
• Ability to define and take accountability of definition of done for a feature.

What you’ll do:

• Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.
• Works with all levels of Blue Yonder associates in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs and testing.
• Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.
• Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property. Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and procedures.
• Handles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally defined practices and policies.
• Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements

What we are looking for:

• 8+ Years of industrial or domain experience
• Transportation domain experience is mandatory.
• Possesses deep functional knowledge of a product and an understanding of the solution suite domain.
• Experience in building SaaS based application/next gen solution in Transportation domain.
• Exposure to customer interaction and able to communicate on product capabilities to them.
• Mentor or guide junior team members.
• Quality focused development, define stories, definition of done, story/feature sign off
