Role Summary
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a central role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across YUMA. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional data skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to optimize our operational performance.
Key Responsibilities 
1.    Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
•    Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
•    Understanding of time motion analysis and deriving key actionable insights for the manpower productivity.
2.    Process Optimization and Documentation:
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and streamline operational processes.
•    Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows.
3.    Data-Driven Decision Making:
•    Utilize analytical and statistical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel, to derive actionable insights from data.
•    Make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational performance.
4.    Inventory Management:
•    Implement advanced inventory management techniques to optimize stock availability and reduce costs.
•    Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of physical inventory versus system records.
5.    Demand Forecasting and Resource Management:
•    Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to forecast battery demand accurately.
•    Manage resource allocation across different regions efficiently.
6.    Process Improvement Projects:
•    Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
•    Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall operational excellence.
7.    Training and Development:
•    Provide high-quality training to employees on improved processes and best practices.
•    Contribute to the development of a robust and effective training program.

Key Requirements
a. Experience and Skills:
•    Preferably 5-6 years of experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
•    Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets using SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, etc.
b. Process-Oriented Mindset:
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
•    Ability to establish and implement best practices for operational excellence.
