Promote Building Management Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Public Address Systems to End-users, Consultants, EPC contractors, and Developers. Generate sales from commercial verticals. Strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection, and Security systems.

What you will do
Will be responsible for Sales and Business Development in the Hyderabad Region and close by areas. Shall promote Building Management Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Public Address Systems to End-users, Consultants, EPC contractors and Developers.
How you will do it:
- Shall be responsible for Sales growth in the region
- Shall carry out Business Development & Sales Activities in the region.
- Shall meet customers and promote the IBMS offerings by JCI
- Shall make Technical presentations to the client based on customer requirements and convey the superior features and differentiate between competitors.
- Generate Sales from Commercial Verticals.
- Should be capable of technical & commercial negotiations with customers & closing the sales by demonstrating values of Johnson Controls
- Shall work closely with end-users and consultants in the region.
What we look for
Required
- Should have Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- 8 to 12 years of Solutions / Project Sales experience in the field of IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems / Fire Detection Suppression Industry.
- Shall have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English.
- Shall have a proven track record of winning IBMS/security/Networking/ HVAC projects in previous organizations.
- Shall be able to make Technical sales presentations to customers.
- Shall have strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection and Security systems and should be able to provide a right solution the customers across the table.
- Shall have a consultative approach with Customers and shall be able to support on designing solutions around his requirement at an initial level.
- The candidate should have experience working as an Account Manager in the IT and ITS industry.
- We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in sales account management, not software engineering.
- The role is an individual contributor (IC) position.
- The candidate should have experience handling large accounts.
