Investment Banking Internship Program
The Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program that offers intensive hands on introduction to
Investment Banking. The program provides broad exposure to various functions across the Investment
Banking Division (IBD). Summer Analysts will attend various training sessions designed to facilitate
professional development, enhance their skill sets, and increase knowledge of the Firm. Training begins
with a firmwide induction day that includes an overview of our business, its structure and strategy. The day
also focuses on the interpersonal skills required to successfully transition from a campus to corporate
environment.
Throughout the program, summer analysts will gain exposure to a number of speaker series, participate
in networking, social and charitable events, and will present a project to Investment Banking team towards
the end of the internship.
The projects are presented to senior management, alongside getting a firsthand experience of
working on a project from inception to delivery.
