JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities Include:

  • Understand the Project Scope, create and define the implementation plan.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and create the responsibilities matrix.
  • Define the detailed tasks along with owner and timeline to complete the project scope within the target defined by management. 
  • Verify the Project Profitability and create financial modelling to realize the profit for the organization.
  • Review and release the project outcome to the sales organization to discuss with customer.
  • Understand the comments / feedback received on project deliverables and revise / update the same as required to get the final acceptance on deliverable. 
  • Coordinate with factory to ensure that the customer gets the products as ordered.
    Ensure that the order / product and service details were captured rightly in the ERP 
    Measure the Metrics for the Project and report the results in visual dashboard to all the Stakeholders. 
    Responsible / Accountable for managing results / documents in the portal. 
  • Liaise with various Project Sites and Entities to collect the SharePoint location. 
  • Liaise with internal organizations to obtain project requested documents.
  • Review and impose use of agreed document formats and standards.
  • Update the status, documents in the corresponding document Management tool.
  • Report document status including document planning and outstanding documents using Document Management tool. 
  • Meet or exceed the Documentation control metrics.
  • Responsible / Accountable for managing document control for assigned projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience
  • Pro-active, determined, action-oriented approach towards internal as well as external customers & Structured work approach.
  • Must be able to multitask between the various assigned projects.
  • Business analytics tool knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

This entails exploring through stakeholders’ needs through conducting meetings with relevant parties (clients, consultants, contractors and agencies), as well as doing the necessary follow-through research and analysis.
