The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Electrical Sustenance Engineer is responsible for assisting and providing innovative and cost-effective solutions requiring the development or sustaining of new or improved techniques, procedures or products 1. Clear understanding of Schematics, PCB Libraries and multilayer PCB design tools. 2. Strong knowledge on Component selection, Circuit design, simulation. 3. Ability to understand legacy designs without detailed design documents. 4. Electrical Design & Engineering, Electrical Harness routing, Electrical Schematics, Electrical System, Electrical Validation, Troubleshooting electronic/electrical systems. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Job Description: Mechanical Designer- Co-ordinating with customer/on-site co-ordinator for project activities Generate and review weekly/monthly progress report with customer Good knowledge on Oil & Gas domain Develop and/or modify designs related to Oil & gas components by analyzing product specifications, performance requirements, and existing manufacturing capabilities Study the Concept design, development and production support Checking Ratings and other design attributes match the design requirements Design for Manufacturing Review and drawings reviewed for manufacturing feasibility Creating parametric 3D Models, Assembly and 2D drawings as per Customer and ASME standards using Solidworks Knowledge of G,D&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis Knowledge of Manufacturing Process and review drawings for manufacturing feasibility Implementation of Electronic change request (ECR) which involves modification of Drawings, BOM, procedures accordingly Updating documentation through Revision control, Product Attribute control, and Change Descriptions Performing Engineering calculation Adhere to process checkpoints to ensure design/customer standards are followed Knowledge of FEA Procurement – Purchase supply of products/materials. Determine the lowest cost for products/materials. Track and record orders. Receive orders and document arrivals. Manage supply base. Analyze market and delivery systems.
