As the Head of HR Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the human resources technology infrastructure within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the strategic planning, HR systems management, process optimization, data analysis and reporting, and vendor management. You must have strong qualifications and skills in leading HRIT team, automation, technical support, HR processes, and strategic planning. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 12 to 17 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders and other stakeholders to develop a comprehensive HR systems strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased efficiency in HR operations through the effective use of technology.
HR Systems Management:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, learning management, and other relevant tools.
- Develop and enforce data governance and security policies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of HR data.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements or upgrades as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance the HR systems landscape.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance the user experience, ensuring efficient and user-friendly systems and tools.
- Drive process adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR staff and end-users.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting capabilities, leveraging HR systems to generate meaningful insights and key performance indicators.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR decision-making and enable data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including HR system vendors, to ensure service levels are met and contracts are effectively negotiated and maintained.
- Evaluate vendor performance, conduct regular assessments, and oversee contract renewals or changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR systems management, including implementation and administration of HRIS, ATS, performance management, and learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of HR data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience with change management and driving process adoption is a plus.
