How your day would look like at Uplers?

 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, talents, and industry influencers.
  • Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies to expand the talent community
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and presentations to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Oversee and engage with the company's online and offline community of talents.
  • Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty within the community through meaningful interactions and initiatives.
  • Gather feedback and insights from the community to inform product/service improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and curate the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine the company's social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Startup environment.
  • A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
