We are currently seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills in regional languages, particularly Malayalam. The candidate should have the ability to convincingly interact with customers over the phone. Knowledge of telephone etiquette is essential. Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required. The shift timings are 9 am to 6 pm and 10 am to 7 pm. The location of the job is Kakkanad, Kochi.
