As a Finance lead, you will collect, compile, and analyze complex business and financial data. You will develop integrated revenue/expense spreadsheets, analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will also assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Additionally, you will provide training and technical guidance to others.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze complex business and financial information data from all components of the organizational entity, and develops integrated revenue/expense spreadsheets, analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Finance lead for G&A accounting and ad hoc analysis. Provides information as a subject matter expert on expense trend (where are we spending our money), global and internal IT allocation support, software and service contract amortizations, HC reporting, and other key data that drives finance and accounting systems.
- Helps prepare global IT and insurance allocations for forecasting and actual billing.
- Assist in preparation of forecasts, budgets, strategic plan and a variety of periodic ad hoc financial reporting, including actual vs. budget reports with variance analyses and recommendations for corrective action(s). Includes partnering with key leads in G&A and also R&D/Operations as needed.
- Review data to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting systems.
- Develop and deliver reference tools and training for non-financial personnel in the areas of accounting, budgeting, forecasting and business policies and procedures.
- Provide coordination to various accounting and technical personnel engaged in specified project activities, as appropriate.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics or closely related technical field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of financial planning and analysis experience, and general accounting experience in a manufacturing company, is required. Experience in a global public manufacturing company is strongly preferred.
- Skills/Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with multi-company and multi-cultural environments.
- Experience with CPM tools and ERP systems; experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- MS Office, including intermediate/expert level skills in Excel, along with intermediate level in Word, PowerPoint, Access, 10-key, and a range of integrated accounting systems, databases and software applications. Working knowledge of internet and e-mail.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating, developing and implementing new approaches and processes.
- Ability to plan, implement and administer financial information and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP rules.
- Ability to compile, analyze, interpret and present complex financial reports, statements, budgets, forecasts and/or projections. Complex R&D analysis and account reconciliation skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community. Strong written communication and group presentation skills.
- Ability to provide training and technical guidance to others.
Job Conditions/Physical Demands: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. May travel to other company locations in Europe and Asia as needed, no more than 10% of time. Very little physical demands on this position.
Protective Devices Required: None or very limited exposure to physical risk.

The hiring salary range for this position is: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary plus profit sharing and a generous employee benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD insurance, FSA, ESPP, tuition assistance, wellness programs, three weeks of vacation, one personal holiday,10 paid holidays, sick leave and 401(k) with company match.
