Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join Autonomous and Artificial Intelligence (AAI) Research and Technology Center (RTC) in Advanced and Applied Technology (AAT) Group to help us build and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business value for Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing AI/ML models that support a variety of business functions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions and develop scalable models that can be deployed across our systems.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML models that solve business problems and drive innovation
  • Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines that can process large amounts of data
  • Collaborate with SMEs to preprocess data, train models, and optimize hyperparameters
  • Integrate AI/ML models with production systems and deploy
  • Construct predictive models (algorithms, machine learning, etc.) and tools to support data analysis or product functions
  • Design experiments and methods to answer business needs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest research in AI/ML and apply it to solve business problems
  • Co-lead growth, innovation & technology development road maps
  • Mentor team members on AI/ML projects in the group in building a strong team

Requirements:


 

ME/MTech/BE /BTech in Engineering (Computer science/Electronics/Electrical)

related field with 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a focus on building scalable models for production environments, ability to use different Machine Learning libraries and technique, and having natural language processing (NLP) and Generative AI experience as added advantage


 

  • Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
